- Will your employees or a subcontractor install the VoIP system?
In most cases we install all equipment by ourselves, but depending on scale of a project we may involve our subcontractors.
- How quickly will you respond if we have a problem?
We understand how important for our customers to have ongoing uninterrupted communication and should any emergency occur we will put our best effort to solve that issue instantly either remotely or having our technician sent to the location.
- How many minutes for local and long distance calls your average client use per month?

- What is the difference between residential and business VoIP?
Primarily the difference between the two is in reliability and quality of provided service. While Residential VoIP sends and receives data packets at its best effort, business VoIP prioritizes voice stream over data flow with Quality of Service (QoS) technology. Also Residential VoIP does not provide business features which are included with our Hosted IP-PBX solution.
- Is it possible to make emergency calls with VoIP?
IMPROCOM Inc Business VoIP is certified by Dash911, and our service is 911 enabled.
- Will I stay in touch with the world if my phones suddenly stop working?
Certainly you will. As soon as our system detects that a phone is out of service the automatic call forwarding will be activated to any user preset number.
- How easy is it to expand amount of phone users in my office? What's the maximum number of users you can support?
It is as easy as plug in new phone in to your office network and start using it. Our Hosted IP-PBX solution is easily scalable for any amount of users. You won't need to overhaul the entire system if your business expands - simply add additional users and your hosted IP-PBX system will grow with you.
- Does your pricing include training?
Yes. It is listed in One-Time Charges.
- If we want to add additional features later, is it possible?
Yes it is. We are currently building the infrastructure for a Call Recording feature and also we are going to add Video Conferencing to our current Meet-Me conference (up to 200 participants) capability in near future.
- Will we be able to do basic MACs (moves, adds, changes) without calling you?
Absolutely, our solution works on plug-and-play principle and while technology is sophisticated it can still be understood even by amateur user intuitively.
- Is our current network capable of handling VoIP telephony?
